These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, vehicle sales, repair services, transport and crane services, and all other services we offer (“Services”). By engaging with Forides Automobile, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- “Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Forides Automobile.
- “User,” “You,” “Your” refers to any individual or entity using our services.
- “Vehicle” refers to any car or automobile dealt with by Forides, including accidental, water-loss, salvage, and repaired vehicles.
2. General Terms of Service
1.1 All services rendered by Forides Automobile are subject to availability and prior confirmation.
1.2 The Company reserves the right to accept or decline service requests at its sole discretion.
1.3 Prices, descriptions, and availability of services and vehicles are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Vehicle Sales
3.1 Forides deals in accidental, water-loss, and repaired vehicles. These vehicles are sold “as-is” without any implied warranty unless stated otherwise in writing.
3.2 Users must inspect the vehicle before purchase. The Company is not liable for post-sale dissatisfaction unless covered under a specific written warranty.
3.3 Payment must be made in full before vehicle delivery. Ownership and documents will be transferred only after complete payment.
3.4 Refunds or cancellations are not permitted once a vehicle is purchased, unless agreed in writing.
4. Vehicle Repair Services
4.1 Repair timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the nature of damage or spare part availability.
4.2 Forides is not liable for any indirect damage or loss during the repair period unless due to proven negligence.
4.3 Customers are required to inspect the vehicle upon delivery post-repair. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours.
4.4 Warranty on repairs, if provided, will be detailed in a separate document.
5. Crane and Transport Services
5.1 Transport and crane services are offered based on prior booking and subject to availability.
5.2 Customers must ensure the vehicle or item being transported is prepared for loading/unloading. Delays caused by unpreparedness may incur additional charges.
5.3 Forides is not responsible for items left in vehicles during transport.
5.4 Any damage claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
6. RTO and Documentation Services
6.1 Forides provides support for RTO paperwork such as registration, transfer, duplicate RC, and license applications.
6.2 All RTO services are offered on a best-effort basis. Forides does not guarantee timelines due to reliance on government processing.
6.3 Users are responsible for providing accurate and valid documents. Any delays or rejections due to incorrect information are not the responsibility of the Company.
6.4 Forides will assist in facilitating the RTO-related processes; however, we shall not be held responsible for any mishappenings, loss, or damages that may arise during or after the process, including delays, rejections, or errors by the RTO or related authorities.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Payments must be made in full for services before delivery of vehicles or documents.
7.2 Accepted payment modes include UPI, bank transfer, and cash (as per government regulations).
7.3 Delayed or incomplete payments may result in penalties, withholding of service, or cancellation.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Forides Automobile shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
8.2 In all cases, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service or product.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of Forides services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal data.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City/State, e.g., Rewari, Haryana].
